To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all my clients, I kindly ask you to review my policies:

Booking and Scheduling

  • You can book appointments with me online or by phone.

  • I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • I require a credit card number to hold your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service cost.

Deposit for Tie the Knot Wedding Day Massage

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the Tie the Knot Wedding Day Massage service.

  • This deposit is non-refundable if the service is canceled less than 7 days before the event.

Payment

  • I accept all major credit cards and cash.

  • Full payment is due at the time of the service.

Inappropriate Behavior

  • I maintain a strict policy against inappropriate behavior.

  • Any form of harassment, inappropriate comments, or advances will result in the immediate termination of the service.

  • In cases of extreme inappropriate behavior, I reserve the right to involve law enforcement.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • I respect your privacy and confidentiality. Personal information and treatment details will not be shared without your consent.

Health and Safety

  • Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your massage experience.

  • I adhere to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for your safety and comfort.
